Refunds:  
  Refunds on purchased item are as follows:

1)You are required to have proof of purchase for all transaction (Online or in store)

2)All returns must be with in 14 days of purchase or delivery.

3)Refunds will be for purchase price only (shipping and handling can not be refunded).

4)All items returned must be unopened (pigments or topical) or in resalable condition with all paperwork, accessories and packing material.

5)We may, at our discretion, make an exception to these rules on a case by case basis.

6)Purchaser bares responsibility to deliver retuned items to our location.

 
     
  Defective Returns:  
  Returns for replacements or exchanges items

1)You are required to have proof of purchase for all transaction (Online or in store)

2)Defective items must be returned with in 14 days of purchase or delivery. After 14 day you must contact the manufacturer for warranty or exchange. We will be happy to put you in contact with the manufacturer.

3)Items returned must be accompanied by all packing and accessories for exchange or refund.

4)Purchaser bares the shipping cost to our location. We will then ship replacement to you. Exchanges will be shipped at no cost for similar items (I.E. You return a lamp for a chair you will pay additional shipping)

5)We may, at our discretion, make an exception to these rules on a case by case basis.
